Anamalz from Hape, Intl. need some pals because they are ready to roam the earth. And, roam they will because Anamalz are highly interactive, poseable and pocket-sized. Unlike most wood figures Anamalz have cloth-covered wire legs and necks that allow them to sit, stand (on their front or back feet) or cartwheel. They can pose in any position your child chooses – on one leg (we’ve seen the Hippo do this) or climbing out of a little boys pocket (seen him do this, too!) They are in scale with most wooden play environments for the farm, the safari or at the zoo.
No two Anamalz are alike as each organic maple piece is hand-sanded and carefully painted with realistic features: the Zebra has black stripes, giraffe his spots and gorilla his muscular abs. Fabric touches offer realistic details like the orange and yellow felt ruff on the lion, brown fringe on the horse’s mane, grey cloth trunk and ears on the elephant and white fluffy pile on the sheep.
Designed in Austrailia, Anamalz is certain to provide hours of role play and story telling fun and companionship for any child three years of age or older.
