Ordering

Our ordering process is meant to be quick, easy and secure. Basically, follow four simple steps:

• Shop -- Find what you are looking for by clicking on a toy, brand, age or news category. This will produce a list of products by name and display a small photo of the toy. You can purchase directly from this list by clicking on “add one to basket” and continue shopping or choose an item and go directly to check out by clicking on “Buy One Now.” You can learn more by clicking on the product name or photo. This will take you to a page with an enlarged photo of the toy, a detailed description, recommended age, and a display of any awards the toy may have earned. There is also a link to related toys at the bottom of this product page. Then simply click on the back button and add to your shopping cart. Continue this process until you have completed your order.
• Review -- Click on Checkout to review your order for correct quantities, colors and gift wrap. You can easily make changes to any of these options by highlighting quantities and keying in new ones. If you wish to continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout button.
• Sign in -- Sign in to set up your personal account with DotsToys or use your already established user ID and password. We will use this information to confirm your address and shipping information.
• Check out – Here you can review your order before continuing. Click “Continue” if everything meets your satisfaction. A confirming page will appear and request your charge card information and choice of delivery. When you are finished click continue. You will see an order summary page including an order number.

Sales Tax
A 5.6% sales tax is collected for deliveries in the state of Wisconsin. Sales tax is not charged on any shipments to recipients outside of Wisconsin.

Payment Options
Dotstoys Dot Com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Money orders are also accepted.

Returns or exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied. That’s why we strive to provide all of the information you need to make a wise decision. We understand that there may be times when an individual item does not meet your needs or expectations. If this happens, return the item and invoice to Dotstoys.com within 30 days of purchase and we will provide a full refund less the shipping charges. Gift Wrap
Dotstoys wants to help you make a good impression, so why not wrap your goodies in Dotstoys signature gift wrap. Dotted wrapping paper and cotton curling ribbon are sealed with the Dotstoys.com gift seal. Tell us what you would like your gift card to say and we’ll hand write a card for you. Make life easy and make a big impression with gift wrap – only $2.00 per gift. You will have the option to add this to each toy in your shopping cart. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift wrap for drop ship and pre-packed items.

Free Shipping
Order $100 or more ship for free! To qualify, purchase a minimum of $100 of toys and have them shipped to one location and we’ll foot the bill for standard USPS ground shipping.

Shipping
We pick and pack our orders every business day. Our goal is to have orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after the order is received. We have chosen the U.S. Postal Service to deliver our products. Standard ground delivery takes 4-8 days. Please allow 10 days to 2 weeks for heavy weight items like dollhouses, large railway sets, tables and boards.
We are able to make shipments to the addresses throughout the U.S., Alaska and Hawaii, however there are additional shipping fees for Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

Fees for shipping and handling to addresses in the domestic U.S. are as follows:

$ 00.00 to $ 29.99 Order: $ 6.50
$ 30.00 to $ 49.99 Order: $ 7.50
$ 50.00 to $ 99.99 Order: $ 8.50
Orders of $ 100.00 or more: FREE! Standard Delivery

Additional shipping charges will be figured for Alaska and Hawaii and customers will be advised of the additional fees.

Express delivery for the U.S. (except Alaska and Hawaii) is also available for 1 and 2-day deliveries:

1-Day Express $ 26.00
2-Day Express $ 18.00
Signatures will not be required on these above express shipments.

At this time, multiple ship to locations require separate transactions.
